Designing the Home to Your Budget - Choose a one story or two story, traditional or contemporary. Choose brick, wood, stucco or vinyl. The choice is yours. If you do not already have a plan, we will meet with you and a plan designer to provide recommendations and assist you in designing a home to fit your budget and lifestyle.

Building the Home on Paper - Prior to construction, you will be given an estimate of what you can expect the construction to cost. You will know where your money will be spent and you will have the option to make selections that can reduce or increase the cost of the home. You have options.

Construction - Once construction starts, we are available to help you in making decisions regarding selections and amenities that will make your new home truly a custom home and a reflection of your needs and wants.
